This is my favorite shirt design yet, and it is now live! Cyclops Optonimus. The original unibrow. Originating in Greek mythology and seen again later in Roman mythology, the Cyclops is a member of a primordial race of giants, each with a single eye in the center of his forehead.

A good friend of mine came to me looking for a logo for his lawn company. He wanted a simple logotype using a red and white color scheme – something that was unexpected and stands out in a sea of green lawn care logos. Of course, initially I have to admit, I did explore some options that had a green color palette, but in the end we went red. Pretty pleased with how this turned out.

In my downtime, I have been working on a series of summer themed Illustrations. I've been using a minimalist approach along with those thick lines people seem to like so much now-a-days. These may or may not be available as T-Shirts in the near future. Keep an eye on this blog for updates.

This is a little experiment I was messing around with, to see if I could animate something in Flash. Unfortunately no one uses flash anymore, but I did it. And that's all that matters.
In 2017 we were approached by Boomer Breaks to design a logo for their online sports break company. Their goal was to get a YouTube channel and social media sites up and running. We created a unique logo mark and a custom pattern to work for profile images as well as social graphics.

Fowler Volkswagen in Norman is one of the fun clients I get to work with at Skyline Media Group. If you've ever wondered how far you can get on one tank of gas driving a passat, here's your answer. Assuming of course, you're leaving from the Fowler VW dealership.

Ozarka was looking for a new take on their drinking water flow charts. Something that was easy to follow. The solution was to give them something fun and stylized yet informational. A classic Infographic style was the obvious solution. These charts provide a crystal clear diagram that accurately represents the flow path of Ozark's water supply.

Fairways & Greens was looking for a logo and branding system that was on par with the quality service they provide. They are an lawn care and landscaping company that got their start working on golf courses in the Oklahoma City area. Unfortunately, this direction was not used, but in my eyes it's still a hole-in-one.

Century 3 Chevrolet needed a fun Christmas in July graphic, so I put my nearly
dormant skills as an illustrator to work. The graphic was used on their website
and in-store banner, a window cling and a car topper.

As a graphic designer working in advertising, often times I am asked to do something with a very quick turn-around. As restrictive as that can be it is also freeing. There is no time to second guess yourself and over-analyze. And sometimes - even though it may not be award winning design - the results can be really nice. This is an example of that.
So the extremely talented guys over at Space Welders contacted me about re-working an unused logo I created for Tom's Welding Service for use with their new podcast. I was happy to oblige.
